The Plywood Job Evaluation Plan is administered by Job Evaluators employed by three organizations. United Steelworkers (USW) has its own Staff Representative Evaluator who manages the wage rate interests of its union members in British Columbia and the prairie provinces. The other two Job Evaluators represent an assortment of companies in the forest industry and are employed separately by Interior Forest Labour Relations Association (IFLRA) in Kelowna BC, and Forest Industrial Relations Limited (FIR) in Vancouver BC.
On the union side, Shawn Harris is employed by United Steelworkers Canadian National Office at their District 3 Burnaby location and works with only one Industry Job Evaluator at a time when addressing the job evaluation issues specific to the company where the union members are employed. Contact Shawn at the Steelworkers District Three Office in Burnaby at 604-683-1117.
The IFLRA represents a number of companies in the southern interior of British Columbia and the prairie provinces. Gillian Kenny is employed by the IFLRA and works out the Kelowna office. Gillian and Shawn jointly administer requests for job evaluation for Atco Lumber Co. Ltd., Canoe Forest Products Ltd. Canoe Plywood, Louisiana Pacific Golden Engineered Wood Products, Tolko Industries Ltd., West Fraser Timber plywood operations in Williams Lake and Quesnel, and for Weyerhaeuser Canada Ltd. Finally, FIR represents the job evaluation interests of CIPA Lumber Co. Ltd. in the coast  region of British Columbia.
